Commemorating Anzac Day 2026
28 April 2026
On Saturday, we came together to commemorate Anzac Day, a day of significance for our nation.
Anzac Day is a time to honour the service and sacrifice of all Australian veterans and current serving personnel. It is a day of reflection for this service.
East Arnhem Regional Council would like to thank everyone who came together to commemorate Anzac Day on Saturday, 25 April 2026.

Councillor Stephen Dhamarrandji attended the memorial service for the 84th Anniversary of the Bombing of Darwin, honouring the courage and sacrifice of those who served. We remember this significant moment in Australia's history and stand in respect with everyone impacted by the events of the Bombing of Darwin.
