Welcoming the Governor-General of Australia

East Arnhem Regional Council was pleased to welcome the Governor-General of Australia, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms. Sam Mostyn AC in Yirrkala.

East Arnhem Regional Council's (EARC) Deputy President Jason Mirritjawuy, A/CEO Divyan Ahimaz, and Director – Council Services Signe Balodis meet with the Governor-General at the Yirrkala Oval where our Active Communities & Youth Services team were running volleyball games with students from the Yirrkala Bilingual School.


Earlier in the day, EARC joined the Yirrkala Bilingual School and the Governor-General for a tour of the school facilities before heading to the Yirrkala Oval.
