13 August 2025

The 2025 Local Government Elections will take place in August, inviting voters from across the Territory to participate.

Remote voting for East Arnhem will commence on 18th August through to the 21st August. Dates, times, and locations for voting in each community are outlined below.


Please note that voting is not required for Gapuwiyak (Gumurr Miyarrka), Gunyangara (Gumurr Miwatj), and Yirrkala (Gumurr Miwatj).
