Councillor Evelyna Dhamarrandji Wins CQI Award

Congratulations to Councillor Evelyna Dhamarrandji who won an award for the 2024 Annual NT Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Collaborative Program.
In addition to her role as Councillor with East Arnhem Regional Council , Evelyna works with Miwatj Health Aboriginal Corporation and is studying to become an Aboriginal Health Practitioner in her home community of Galiwin’ku.

Celebrating Harmony Week in Yirrkala East Arnhem Regional Council Aged Care and Disability Services and Childcare Services came together to celebrate Harmony Week. It was wonderful to see djamarrkuli learning from their elders. Everyone got involved with making damper, singing, painting and sharing a delicious meal together.
