We're thrilled to announce the East Arnhem Regional Council (EARC) has received the Snap Send Solve Customer Experience Award in the 2024 Solver of the Year Awards for the Northern Territory.

The Customer Experience Award recognises outstanding Solvers who received exceptional communication star ratings for their communities and achieved the highest percentage of Snap status updates. We're proud of our outstanding team working hard to deliver positive outcomes in all nine communities serviced by EARC.
