About the role

The Human Resources and Industrial Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and contributing to all aspects of human resource processes and practices. The Human Resources and Industrial Relations Manager will develop and lead the Human Resources (HR) team and effectively manage industrial and employee relations, performance management, recruitment and retention, compliance, and provide support to payroll services.


The Human Resources and Industrial Relations Manager will lead HR and Industrial Relations strategies to align with organisational goals, ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Agreement, National Employment Standards (NES), the Fair Work Act, and Workplace Health and Safety legislation, with a focus supporting EARC’s business units. This role will oversee staff development and retention, and the resolution of complex employee relations issues, while driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.


This position requires a leader who will effectively navigate complex challenges, while ensuring a compliant, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
