About the role

We are currently seeking 3 casual Aged Care and Disability Services Coordinators to operate flexibly across all of our communities.


As an ACDS Coordinator you will operate flexibly to provide continuity and coordination of operations and service in our community centres. You will provide professional, culturally safe case management through referral, assessment and co-designed care planning for the frail, aged and people living with disability in East Arnhem Land.
