About the role

The Aged Care & Disability Services Relief Coordinator will provide effective short-term operational support in the delivery of aged care and disability services, ensuring continuity of high-quality, person-centred care. This role will maintain day-to-day coordination of services, support staff, and uphold culturally safe practices that enable clients and participants to live independently, stay connected to their communities, and maintain strong ties to country and family.
